As a Reporting Analyst you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting data-driven decision-making and governance across a large-scale, complex transformation initiative. Day to day, you'll: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators, project milestones, RAIDs, and other program metrics for a major, multi-faceted transformation project. Extract, transform, and analyse data from various systems to support reporting requirements in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Collaborate with TMO, Delivery, and Enterprise stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions that address the challenges of a large-scale program. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs, supporting critical decision-making for a complex project landscape. Support the development and automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort, enabling the program to scale effectively. Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, tools, and templates to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic transformation initiative. Maintain documentation of reporting processes, data sources, and definitions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support management decision-making within a complex program structure. Ensure compliance with ART’s data governance and security protocols. Prepare reports for regulators and governance forums, including executive and board-level committees. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence within a project or transformation environment - ideally on large-scale, complex programs, preferably within the financial services sector. Proficiency in reporting and data visualisation tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly. Experience working with project management tools and data sources. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
