Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities using standardized tools and clinical best practices. • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with client goals and current clinical guidelines. • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function across diverse client populations. • Partner with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic, and person-centered care. • Provide clear, accessible education and support to clients and their support networks on effective communication strategies and swallowing techniques. Requirements Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution. • Valid registration with Speech Pathology Australia. • Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on clinical experience in speech pathology. • Proven experience working with pediatric clients in clinical, community, or educational settings. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse cultural and demographic groups. • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
