About the Role As a Guidewire Sr. Test Analyst , you will make an impact by leading and delivering high-quality testing solutions for Guidewire implementations and migrations in a client-facing environment. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance (QEA) team and work collaboratively with clients, delivery managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. In this role, you will: Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for the assigned workstream in a client-facing environment Manage QEA delivery and status reporting with clients and stakeholders Represent the assigned QEA workstream in stakeholder discussions, providing status updates, thought leadership, and identifying risks & issues Document discussions, key decisions, risks, and issues daily, and track them to closure Drive retrospection and continuous improvement within the testing process What you need to have to be considered: 5-8 years of testing experience in Guidewire products Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter Strong insurance domain experience in Property & Casualty Proven experience as a testing lead driving delivery in client-facing roles Expertise in Guidewire product implementation and migration programs Strong experience with JIRA and Zephyr Test Management framework Excellent client-facing and project demand handling skills These will help you stand out: Exposure to Guidewire Cloud Platform Understanding of automation testing frameworks Familiarity with Confluence and Postman Experience with API testing Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (required) Certification in Guidewire product testing (preferred) Additional testing-specific certifications (preferred) We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
