HC Drivers Job no: 40004454 Work type: Full Time Location: Sydney - West Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this role supports the logistics function within our team to ensure large volume freight are despatched in a safe and timely manner across the shift. What You Will Do: Running Semi Tautliners. Delivering Visy material such as Glass to sites in the Sydney Metro area. Work in a team that values Safety and Professionalism. Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and compliant. Build strong relationships with our customers with friendly service. Accurately complete electronic reporting systems and other required documentation. Comply with all company/site policies, state and national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws. Adhere to all load restraint guidelines to ensure freight is securely transported. What You Will Bring to the Team: A valid HC or MC Licence with minimum of 2 years’ recent Australian driving experience. Experience with tautliners. Sound knowledge of the Sydney Metropolitan. Excellent communication, time management skills and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. A comprehensive understanding of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws.
