About the Opportunity: This full-time job is built around providing vital support across the Financial Planning department, specialising in managing complex and varied administrative requests. As the Ad-hoc Specialist, you will handle everything from implementing financial advice to managing deceased estates and urgent client support tasks. This is a role for an accountable professional with exceptional attention to detail who is ready to leverage their skills in a fast-paced and rewarding Adelaide team. Key responsibilities will include: Advice Implementation: Executing financial advice, including opening accounts, managing share registries, and processing super rollovers. Specialised Administration: Handling complex, non-routine tasks such as Deceased Estate administration, processing ad-hoc applications (e.g., Finclear, Macq CMA), and managing change of trustee for SMSFs. Client Communication: Serving as a primary contact for clients via phone and email, providing support for tax report queries and online access issues. System Management: Maintaining accurate Xplan data and efficient task/thread management. General Support: Providing administrative backup, including scanning, printing, binding, and occasionally covering reception duties. What You'll Bring: A background in financial services or similar high-detail administration (accounting or general office experience will be considered).
