About the Opportunity This role is ideal for a recruiter or sales professional based in Perth or Brisbane looking to grow into executive search. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment assignments, engage directly with clients and candidates, and leverage AI tools to streamline delivery. This is a flexible role where you will work fully from home 25-38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, managing your own schedule around client and candidate needs. In this role, you will Source and engage passive candidates for client vacancies Assess and shortlist top talent for white-collar roles Grow the client portfolio and identify new business opportunities Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates Manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery using AI and CRM tools Over time, you'll develop your own client base and transition into executive search, supported by structured development and clear performance metrics. About You You're an experienced recruiter or sales professional who enjoys autonomy, builds strong relationships, and delivers measurable results. You're confident managing end-to-end recruitment and motivated by achieving outcomes for clients and candidates.
