Our client is currently seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join their dedicated team. Position Overview As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will foster a supportive and enriching learning environment that nurtures each child's emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development. Key Responsibilities: Designing and organizing learning experiences in both indoor and outdoor settings, using diverse materials and tools to support students' growth. Offering a range of activities to enhance motor skills, teamwork, confidence, and comprehension. Encouraging language development through storytelling, role-playing, songs, rhymes, and both individual and group discussions. Monitoring students' progress to identify any health concerns, emotional challenges, or developmental difficulties. Ensuring students' nutritional, safety, and well-being needs are met while addressing any factors that may hinder their progress. Communicating with parents about their child's development and progress. Attending parent-teacher meetings, staff discussions, and committee gatherings. Engaging in community and family support initiatives as needed. Overseeing and mentoring student teachers during their training placements.
