We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Leisure & Trade Partnerships to help shape and grow our client’s national leisure and trade network. In this newly created role, you’ll take ownership of developing partnerships with existing trade and wholesale partners while also recruiting new travel and distribution partners to support ambitious sales growth targets. This is a strategic and hands-on opportunity for a relationship-driven commercial professional who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building alliances, and driving measurable outcomes in a competitive, fast-moving market. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships across leisure, trade, and wholesale sectors. Identify, onboard, and nurture new trade and distribution partners to drive market expansion. Negotiate commercial terms and promotional partnerships with key accounts. Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and finance teams to deliver partner outcomes. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to uncover new opportunities. About You Proven success in strategic or key account management within travel, tourism, or mobility sectors. Strong commercial acumen with a partnership-led approach. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing diverse stakeholders. What’s in it for you? Salary will be negotiated depending on experience and capability, our early discussions suggest a base salary will be negotiated around $130,000 - $150,000 superannuation FMCVB STI.
