National Visual Merchandising Manager We are seeking a dynamic and creative National Visual Merchandising (VM) Manager to lead and execute the visual merchandising strategy across all retail locations nationally. This role plays a key part in shaping the in-store experience, driving brand identity, and ensuring consistent visual excellence that engages customers and maximises commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement the national visual merchandising strategy aligned with overall brand and business objectives. Lead, inspire, and mentor the regional and in-store VM teams to deliver excellence across all locations. Partner with senior retail leaders to align VM initiatives with product launches, campaigns, and store performance goals. Define and uphold visual standards, ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all stores. Execution & Operations Oversee end-to-end VM execution, including window displays, in-store layouts, signage, and product presentation. Create and communicate detailed VM guidelines, planograms, and seasonal directives. Conduct regular store visits to assess implementation, coach teams, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with store design, marketing, and buying teams to ensure cohesive product storytelling and campaign rollouts. Performance & Reporting Analyse sales performance data and customer insights to evaluate the commercial impact of visual strategies. Develop reporting structures to track VM effectiveness, ROI, and compliance across all stores. Continuously innovate and adapt visual approaches to reflect trends, customer behaviour, and retail analytics. Project Management Manage national rollouts for store openings, refurbishments, and major campaign installations. Oversee VM budgets, resource planning, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within brand and operational guidelines. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years experience in a senior visual merchandising or retail design leadership role (multi-site/national level preferred). Strong understanding of fashion, youth culture, and streetwear trends. Proven experience managing teams across multiple locations. Excellent eye for detail, creativity, and understanding of spatial design and commercial impact. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficient in VM software, design tools, and Microsoft Office suite. Personal Attributes Highly creative with a strong commercial mindset.
