VMC Setter / Senior Operator Immediate start available Full time permanent role Day shifts hours Precision machining and fabrication company Bayswater location Company: Our client was established in 1974 and has been trading successfully for over 45 years. The business offers a comprehensive range of precise machining services as well as fabrication capabilities. You will be involved in, but not limited to: Setting up multiple VMC machines efficiently and handover to operators Working with supervisor in VMC area regarding planning Be strong with jigs/fixtures Implementing setup/process improvements To be successful, you will: Demonstrate proven industry experience as a Senior VMC setter/operator Have strong CAM knowledge Embrace new technology and be a self-starter, tech-savvy. Be able to operate independently Have the desire to train others - highly regarded Hours and Rate: Day shift hours: Mon to Thurs, 6.00 am - 2.30 pm, Fri 6.00am - 12.00pm Hourly rate: $45 - $50 / hour depending on skills and experience, plus super Positions are subject to Police Check and medical.
