What You’ll Do: Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes across à la carte, buffet, banqueting, and room service offerings Support mise-en-place and daily kitchen prep to ensure smooth service across all shifts Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following all food safety and hygiene standards Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced chefs to build your technical skills and industry knowledge Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality meals for every guest Contribute ideas to menu development and improvements as your confidence and experience grow
