Job Description About the Role As a Site Materials and Shipping Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of our Inventory team, responsible for managing the flow of materials and shipments at our Queanbeyan site and other EOS locations. You’ll coordinate logistics, verify inventory, and ensure materials are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Receive, store, pick, issue, and move materials using ERP systems (Epicor) Conduct inventory counts and manage consumables, PPE, and hazardous materials Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation and customs Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant stores environment Support waste disposal and return-to-vendor processes Collaborate with procurement, planning, and quality teams Drive company vehicles between EOS sites and suppliers as needed Desired Skills and Experience Skills & Experience LF Forklift licence and valid Australian driver’s licence (ACT/NSW) Experience in a similar role (preferred) Strong organisational and time management skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and process discipline Ability to lift and move heavy items safely Familiarity with ESD procedures and hazardous goods handling Applicants must be Australian citizens to meet the requirements of this role.
