THE ROLE As a Principal Project Officer in the MARAMIS Policy and Improvement Team, you will lead the development of policy and projects relating to Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVISS) and the Victorian Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework (MARAM). The role operates within a complex and dynamic environment that requires capacity to exercise sound legal and/or policy judgement, and the ability to proactively develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Provide high quality authoritative advice and sound policy recommendations relating to family violence risk assessment and information sharing reforms to senior management and government. This includes strategic advice on the sustainable implementation of the reforms, based on outcomes measurement, monitoring and evaluation. Oversee the development of family violence risk assessment and information sharing reform policy and initiatives that meet government and departmental objectives within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters. This includes implementation of recommendations from recent reviews and evaluations of the reforms. * Review and report on high priority issues, risks and trends and prepare and present comprehensive reports, ministerial briefs and cabinet and agency submissions on complex issues.
