It does this by investigating serious corruption and police misconduct; and informing the public sector, police and the community about the risks and impacts of corruption and police misconduct, and ways in which it can be prevented. Your new role The Director - Information & Digital Services (IDS) provides strategic leadership across IBAC's digital and information systems, ensuring IBAC remains agile, modern, and well-connected. The role oversees the implementation of IBAC's Digital Strategy, and leads the IDS group encompassing Service Delivery, Information Services, and Digital Services and cybersecurity. Key responsibilities include: Lead the strategic direction and priorities for the Information & Digital Services group Oversee delivery of IBAC's Digital Strategy and associated projects Provide expert, authoritative advice on technology, risk, and digital transformation to the Executive and key stakeholders across IBAC Build capability and engagement, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture Lead technology procurement and vendor relationships Additional duties are set out in the position description. About you You are an experienced digital leader who is collaborative, outcomes-focused, and skilled at leading change in complex environments. To be successful, you will have: Senior leadership experience in information and digital services, preferably in a public sector setting Tertiary qualifications in information technology or a related field, or significant professional expertise in the information & digital services field. Strong expertise in ICT strategy, data management, and cyber security Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, budgets and large-scale projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Due to the requirement to attain a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance candidates must be an Australian citizen at the time of application.
