Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical delivery across front-end (React) and back-end (.NET) systems hosted in Azure. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions. Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features. Champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, and DevOps automation. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews within a small, agile team. Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience with React (TypeScript) and .NET Core/C# . Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps, Identity, etc.). Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API design. Experience in leading or mentoring engineers within agile teams. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
