Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HSQE Systems Specialist to join the team, based in either the Brisbane or Perth corporate office. As a key member of the HSQE team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing our Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) digital systems to ensure best practices, compliance and operational needs across all Australian sites. Reporting to the National HSQE Manager – Quality and Systems, you will collaborate closely with the HSQE leadership team and other key stakeholders including Operations, Supply Chain, People and Culture and Legal Departments to drive continuous improvement and standardisation in digital systems and support the achievement of organizational objectives in quality and safety. This role operates on a 5-2 roster based in either our Brisbane of Perth corporate offices, with some travel to other corporate offices and sites, predominantly in Qld and Western Australia. Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert support and training for HSQE systems including Myosh, In Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) and document control platforms. Lead the design and implementation of end-user training and change management initiatives for the introduction or upgrade of HSQE systems, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement. Maintain and evolve the national HSQE dashboard, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting aligned with business needs. Manage access to CCTV footage and IVMS data to support operational and customer investigations, ensuring compliance with privacy and legal standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to maintain and improve HSQE systems and processes. Support ISO accreditation and legislative compliance through robust data management and reporting. Lead document control processes and uplift internal audit regimes, including digital platform development and training. Qualifications: Diploma HSQE or relevant Tertiary qualification in Safety, Quality, or Risk (desirable) Internal Auditor (desirable) Cert IV in Business Administration and Systems (Desirable) Cert IV Training and Assessment (Desirable) Current driver’s licence. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience working in safety analysis and systems or similar. Experience in HSQE systems administration. Comprehensive experience in the use of applications used for data capture, analysis and presentation (SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Forms, Visio, AI tools) Understanding of ISO standards and integrated management systems including ISO 9001. Internal and external audit experience. Experience in managing operational systems including IVMS and CCTV, including analysis of data and reporting on performance outputs (desirable) Experience compiling and briefing HSQE Management Reports. Understanding of continuous improvement, change management and document control methodology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer literacy and familiarity with HSQE management software. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive working relationships at all levels. Project management and the ability to plan and establish priorities, meet deadlines. Ability to interpret real-time data for operational decision making. Ability to ensure accuracy of data entry, data analysis, reporting and recording. Skills in automating alerts, reporting dashboards, and workflow triggers.
