UGL have an opportunity for experienced Work Scope Planners to join our team. This role will be based at our Perth Office working on a major Oil & Gas project. About Role: This role will see you take ownership of end-to-end planning and preparation of mechanical work scopes. From coordinating with key stakeholders to delivering execution-ready work packs, you'll play an essential role in driving project success. 5\:2 Perth Based 40 hrs per week Key Responsibilities: Hosting scope kick-off meetings and engaging stakeholders. Developing detailed work packs, budgets, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Proving scope readiness for execution while maintaining high standards. Work closely and coordinate with our mechanical, E&I, PIF, lifting/rigging teams as well as completions, planning, and site teams to ensure seamless delivery. About you O&G industry experience Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel, P&ID/ISO drawings, OEM specs, JDE. 3 years’ experience with a mechanical trade or engineering background and site exposure. Highly regarded (but not essential) A self-starter with excellent time management and planning skills. Someone who commands trust with reliability and professionalism. Warm, autonomous, and an approachable team player with a positive attitude.
