Qualified and Skilled: Hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a recognised field, supported by knowledge of laboratory principles, scientific practice, and Work Health and Safety requirements. Collaborative and Communicative: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and handle confidential information professionally.
