The Opportunity The Cluster Manager will work closely with Store Managers and their teams - often right there on the shop floor - providing hands-on coaching, mentoring and support. The role plays a pivotal part in maintaining the brand's in-store standards and driving strong commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with Store Managers to deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences. Leading by example in-store, mentoring teams in service excellence, visual merchandising and operational best practice. Using commercial insights to identify growth opportunities and achieve sales, profitability and KPI targets. Supporting the rollout of business initiatives and brand campaigns across the cluster. Building, developing and retaining high-performing teams through ongoing coaching and feedback. Collaborating with the State Manager to implement strategic direction and share insights that drive performance.
