Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Various Locations, SA Full Time, Permanent Role About the role As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the organisation, management, and operation of your designated pharmacy area, ensuring the delivery of a high standard of clinical and professional pharmacy services. You will use your expertise and independent judgement to provide accurate medicines information, therapeutic advice, and clinical support to patients, medical, nursing, and allied health staff. Your role will be central to maintaining the safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines across the hospital in accordance with established policies, procedures, and professional standards. You will contribute to the optimisation of patient outcomes by developing and implementing strategies that promote the quality use of pharmaceuticals in a cost-effective and evidence-based manner. About You You are a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist with a commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based, and patient-centred care. With a strong clinical background and leadership capability, you bring expertise in hospital pharmacy practice, a focus on quality improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Qualified and Registered: Hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and are registered or eligible for registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia. Experienced and Knowledgeable: Possess extensive hospital pharmacy experience, underpinned by strong technical competence and a comprehensive understanding of professional standards and codes of practice. Organised and Analytical: Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing workloads, meet deadlines, and apply research and analytical skills to improve service delivery and clinical outcomes. Collaborative and Leadership-Focused: Proven ability to lead, supervise, and educate others while working effectively with a broad range of people to deliver high-quality, patient-focused pharmacy services.
