Description Commencing early January 2026, we have exciting opportunities for first timers, experienced winery operators, people from other industries and returnees. The Weighbridge Operator will be responsible for the efficient and thorough management of grape intake. They will perform Baume testing of grape deliveries and will manage accurate record keeping and data entry. You will be working in a fast-paced environment. You will use your social and emotional intelligence and sound communication skills to work with Zilzie team members and to liaise with truck drivers as they are entering the site and waiting to unload deliveries. Skills And Experiences To be successful in for these roles you will need to be able to demonstrate the following: Familiarity working with delivery schedules will be desirable. Experience working in a customer service or similar background and dealing with a diverse range of people. Familiarity with accurate data entry and attention to detail and sound computer skills. You like working in a social team environment, you have sound communication, literacy and numeracy skills You like to be organised and are great at having multiple things on the go at once You have the ability to follow instructions, procedures and safe work practices and you want to get the job done Previous experience working as a Weighbridge operator and conducting grape testing is desirable You are able to work on a rotating roster of Day and Night Shifts HOW TO APPLY: At Zilzie Wines, Energy is Everything!
