You’ll empower individuals to live more independently, safely, and meaningfully by: Perform personal care, domestic duties, assistance with meals and medication P rovide In home, centre based and overnight respite Enable social and community participation Assist in implementing client-specific programs to encourage independence whenever possible Promote individuals physical, intellectual, emotional, social, cultural, and spiritual well-being What We’re Looking For Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent/relevant Proven ability to work in a team environment to build collaborative relationships with individuals who have a disability and their families Demonstrated compassion and respect for individuals with a disability, colleagues, and visitors Essential Requirements Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy) Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
