The Channel Experience & Development role is to work with the Communications and Engagement team and broader Channel teams to lead the continuous improvement of the B2B experience for all touch points with our Channel partners, by establishing and coordinating the execution of business activities. With a channel-oriented focus, you will collaborate with internal business units and agreed external suppliers to determine and drive engagement activities, optimising the end-to-end delivery of business initiatives, network platforms and tools to effectively meet the needs of the retail and licensed venue networks. You will be the voice of our channel partners. Through consultation and engagement activities, you will ensure their voices are heard and translated to implementing internal actions to increase engagement with best-in-class outcomes. What you’ll do Lead the coordination, administration and execution of engagement activities to deliver increased participation and results, measured by regular Voice of Business Customer surveys. Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the seamless and timely development and design of content for the delivery of the communication and engagement strategy. Understand the competitive landscape, key retail drivers and customer insights to develop and drive activations Effectively pursue and implement system and process efficiencies that promote higher engagement and enhanced experience for our Channel partners Manage the execution of Channel's involvement in industry events and initiatives in line with agreed budgets Manage the Trade Marketing Budget. Effectively maintain stakeholder engagement and supplier relations for improved collaboration and successful outcomes Support supplier management and financial assistance, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and reviewing spend against forecast A strong focus on customer satisfaction that delivers high-quality service to all stakeholders Manage network activities and business initiatives that support revenue-driving activities Effectively identify solutions and present considerations relating to various platforms, systems, and business initiatives that reduce network impact and support the key drivers outlined in the Channel Operating Plan. What you’ll bring Formal qualifications in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience Experience working in event management (desirable but not required) Proven high level of planning and organisational skill Intermediate MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work as part of a team Build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders Experience managing operating budgets Experience managing vendor relationships end-to-end What you’ll get Not only will you receive an awesome candidate experience from our caring Talent team, the perks of working with us are pretty good too!
