Recruitment Specialist Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Location : Banyo, QLD About the role We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team based in Brisbane (Banyo). The ideal candidates will bring a can-do attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. As a key representative of our business, you’ll be people-focused, adaptable, and maintain a positive, solutions-driven approach in everything you do. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong talent pools and managing high-volume recruitment activities across the eastern states. Duties will include, but not limited to: Working closely with the operations team to ensure workforce requirements are understood and being worked on to meet project start dates. Advertising, screening, shortlisting, maintaining, and processing all job applications. Bulk recruitment activities for shutdown crews and ongoing casual/project/internal workforces Working across multiple industries and being flexible to work on different job roles for blue and white collar. Keeping track of the entire recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation process to ensure smooth interactions with candidates and clients. Being responsible for the candidate experience and growing talent pools for upcoming opportunities. Being on top of the day to day, keeping organised and always ensuring clear/positive communication with all stakeholders. Actively promoting Category 5 service offerings to new and existing clients. Acts and communicates with integrity in all client dealings, ensuring that all recruitment requirements are delivered on schedule and meet client's expectations. Skills & experience Our product is people - Strong interpersonal skills are essential to be successful in this role. Be exceptionally organised, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure. A great work ethic, with the drive and motivation to succeed. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate to advanced computer skills. Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Previous experience working in either rail or civil construction is advantageous but not essential.
