Roster: Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm Location: Wembley, WA Employment Type: Permanent We’re looking for a Credit Supervisor to join our head office team in Wembley. Reporting to the Financial Controller , you’ll lead our small credit function and make sure our invoicing, collections, and credit control processes run smoothly. You’ll work closely with the finance and operations teams to keep cash flow strong and client relationships positive. About the Role: Oversee weekly invoicing and cash collection activities through Astute and Workbench Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoices and approvals in collaboration with Operations Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and collect outstanding payments Monitor debtor ageing reports and follow up overdue accounts Evaluate credit applications and assess financial risk for new and existing clients Maintain credit compliance, records, and documentation in line with company policy Support the Financial Controller with cash flow forecasting and reporting Identify and mitigate potential credit risks across the business Supervise, coach, and develop the Credit Officer to achieve team objectives Foster strong working relationships across finance, operations, and account management teams Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, or Finance (desirable) Minimum 5 years’ experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or similar role Experience leading or mentoring a small team preferred Strong understanding of credit risk management and debt collection processes Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency with Xero, Astute, or similar ERP systems High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines What We Can Offer You: Competitive salary package and stable, long-term role Opportunity to step up into a leadership position within a growing Perth business Collaborative and supportive finance team environment Professional development and training opportunities Convenient Wembley location close to cafes and parks If this sounds like your next career step, hit “APPLY” today!
