The Role You’ll be the backbone of the operations—keeping the front office running smoothly while supporting the management team with administration, payroll, and accounting duties. Key Responsibilities Administration & Finance Manage calls, correspondence, and reports with professionalism and efficiency. Oversee staff timesheets, payroll documentation, and supplier invoices to ensure timely processing. Maintain organised filing systems and accurate records. Coordinate employee documentation with the Hotel and HR Managers. Manage office supplies and assist with general administrative functions. Front Office & Guest Services Oversee room reservations, check-ins, and guest accounts. Deliver a warm, professional welcome and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay. Support a culture of exceptional customer service across all departments. About You A natural organiser with a passion for hospitality and people. Previous experience in a similar admin or hotel front office role. Qualification in Business Administration (or equivalent practical experience). Confident communicator with strong time management and leadership skills. Calm under pressure, adaptable, and ready to pitch in where needed.
