Your New Role As a key member of our recruitment team, you will provide end-to-end recruitment services for your own client portfolio. Your main responsibilities will include: Talent Sourcing : Use your creativity to find and attract top candidates across various industries. Screening & Interviewing : Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and manage the selection process. Client & Candidate Communication : Keep clients and candidates informed with regular updates and progress reports. Administrative Support : Assist with reference checks, psychometric testing, and all other recruitment-related tasks to ensure a smooth process. What You’ll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you should have: 1 Year of Recruitment Experience : Some exposure to end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition is ideal, but we’re happy to consider applicants with a strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field. People-Oriented : A genuine passion for working with people and helping candidates find the right opportunities. Strong Communication Skills : You’ll need to be confident speaking with clients and candidates, both in writing and over the phone or in person. Organisational Skills : You should be able to juggle multiple recruitment processes and stay on top of deadlines. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using recruitment tools and technology to manage candidates and streamline processes.
