Join a team creating sustainable, innovative acoustic products, from walls and ceilings to custom screens, made from recycled materials for customers worldwide. Responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to: Operate, monitor, and set up production machinery, performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet required standards. Load raw materials, unload finished products, and handle bulk goods safely following proper procedures. Assist with packaging, labelling, and palletising finished goods. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in compliance with company safety standards. Record production data and report issues, defects, or irregularities to supervisors. To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in machine operation or a similar production role, with mechanical aptitude and the ability to set up, monitor, and troubleshoot machinery. Knowledge of production processes, efficiency targets, and quality standards, with a keen eye for detail. Physical fitness and ability to safely perform repetitive lifting, manual handling, and other production tasks. Strong safety awareness, maintaining a clean, organised workspace, and following OH&S guidelines. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work different shifts, adapt to new equipment or procedures, and demonstrate reliability and a proactive attitude.
