The Role Reporting to the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, this role involves working across two busy kitchens that cater for both à la carte dining and large functions. The ideal candidate will be a strong all-rounder who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.
