The Opportunity An opening now exists for an Intermediate Accountant to join their growing team. You will work closely with Managers and Partners on a mix of compliance and advisory work, with the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships and develop your technical and commercial skills. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and FBT for a range of entities. Assist in tax planning, budgeting, and business advisory projects. Work directly with clients, building trusted and long-term relationships. Collaborate with the senior team on process improvements and client strategies. Stay up to date with legislative and software developments. About You Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, or similar. Commenced or near completion of CA/CPA qualification. 2 - 4 years experience in public practice accounting Sound knowledge of tax compliance and accounting standards. Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-first attitude Experience with Xero and cloud-based systems will be highly regarded.
