This is an ongoing full-time position, based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous salary of $118,669 to $135,197 p.a. plus superannuation. Job Description What you'll be doing With our We Are Wannon people strategy now in its second year and a strengthened People and Wellbeing team, we’re entering an exciting new chapter. This role plays a key part in bringing that strategy to life, leading the day-to-day work of the team, driving progress across all People and Wellbeing portfolios, and helping shape the culture, leadership, and programs that make Wannon Water a great place to work. In this role, you'll: Lead and empower a motivated People and Wellbeing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and growth. Champion and influence both physical and psychological safety, embedding a proactive culture of care and prevention. Drive and deliver attraction, retention, and workforce planning initiatives that support our future workforce needs. Lead delivery of our Belonging Program, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion are lived across Wannon Water Evolve our Wellness Program, with a holistic approach to employee health and wellbeing. Partner with leaders on organisational design, change management, and leadership development. Provide trusted advice on industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, and contemporary HR practices. Undertake higher duties in the Executive People and Resilience role as required, and present People and Wellbeing initiatives at executive and senior management forums.
