We’re known for our relaxed dining atmosphere and our delicious breakfast and lunch menu — featuring rice bowls, pancakes, tacos, burgers, quesadillas, nachos, and salads. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering outstanding food and service to our valued customers. The Role As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations and ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. You’ll manage staff, plan menus and events, control budgets, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. Plan and organize events and functions. Work closely with chefs to develop creative, seasonal menus within set budgets. Manage stock control, ordering, and pricing of goods. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in all areas. Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally. Recruit, train, and manage kitchen and waitstaff. Conduct staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Occasionally assist with reservations, greeting guests, and taking orders. About You We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a hands-on approach to management. You will have: A minimum 2-year trade qualification relevant to restaurant management or hospitality. At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management or similar supervisory role. A commitment to maintaining safety, cleanliness, and quality standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team. Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
