The Project & Roster Located in central QLD within the Bowen Basin this large open cut coal mine site offers: Excellent training and development, including OEM training Lifestyle friendly 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off (Wednesday-Tuesday) FIFO from Brisbane and Townsville & transport to site is provided Full camp set up with ensuite rooms and recreational facilities including a gym Site located 20 minutes bus ride from the site The Duties Day to day responsibilities can vary depending on but duties will consist of the following: Depending on your skills the role will be workshop, field service or both Working in a well-connected and experienced crew Component change outs / upgrades, machinery prep for site deployment and Fault finding, diagnostics and servicing and repairs and machinery FIFO, Accommodation and Meals You will get to enjoy a FIFO set up where transport, accommodation and meals will be provided with great benefits such as: Flights from Brisbane or Townsville to Mackay airport Modern, clean and comfortable camp accommodation The site is close to camp so easy travel to and from work High standard of meals provided Recreational facilities including a gym and sports facilities and more Your Skills & Experience Your minimum of 1 years post trade experience working on civil earthmoving plant or mining equipment will put you in a great position to start on this site. You will also have the following Trade qualifications in a automotive electrics CAT earthmoving equipment knowledge A strong desire to forward your skills in the mining industry An excellent attitude towards work and safety values A team player and able to work autonomously Reliable and dedicated to the position What's next?
