In this role you will: Prepare payroll in line with internal procedures, ensuring payments are calculated and paid accurately and on time. Process and maintain fortnightly payroll, verifying all data is correct and paid promptly. Monitor and resolve timesheet and schedule discrepancies to ensure alignment with payroll cycles. Support integration between WFM, WorkDay (HRIS), and Dayforce (Payroll), ensuring accurate timesheet and leave data. Interpret and apply relevant legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements, offering guidance across People & Culture and the wider business. Investigate payroll errors, implement prevention controls, and contribute to risk management activities, including RCSA and maintenance of controls.
