This is a strategic role offering exposure to high-value transactions, regulatory compliance, and operational legal advisory. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice across procurement, sustainability, data privacy, employment, compensation, and cybersecurity. Anticipate legal risks and deliver clear, commercially focused guidance to senior stakeholders. Support major corporate transactions including investments, acquisitions, and securities offerings. Advise on corporate governance and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks. Oversee Asia Pacific corporate filings and maintain legal registers. Deliver legal training and support to internal teams across the region. Manage external legal counsel relationships and monitor service quality and cost. Uphold safety standards and contribute to a culture of compliance and care.
