Required Skills & Experience: Proven hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway (Open Source or Enterprise) . Strong knowledge of API management , RESTful design , and microservices architecture . Experience in Lua scripting for custom plugin development. Proficiency with decK and Kong Admin API for declarative configuration and automation. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. Good understanding of containerization and Kubernetes-based deployments . Experience with API security , OAuth2 , and JWT . Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog). Scripting skills in Bash , Python , or Groovy for automation tasks.
