The preferred and successful candidate will have a dynamic "can do " attitude, work well as part or team while also taking initiative in unsupervised conditions in addition possessing a firm understanding of standard accounting practices. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Have a related accounting qualification Computer literate Intermediate to advanced excel skills Positive can do attitude Attention to detail High level communication skills Quick learner This role will require, but is not limited to the following duties: Monitor daily freight records for transport and warehouse shipments, ensuring data accuracy and sending EDI to customer for confirmation Verify Logistics Service Provider billing against contractual rates and billing logic to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, sales, business development, update the system tariff(pricing) based on the contract Prepare and process out-of-scope billing based on approved quotes or contractual rates Analyse and resolve issues related to unclear or uncleared freight and warehouse records by identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions. Prepare month-end accruals and follow up on management's review and feedback for timely resolution.
