As a Estimator/Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our client's operations by accurately quoting project costs. While also supporting management team with data entry, answering phones, administration, quotes, customer service and email correspondence. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit accurate quotes for their hospitality industry clients Scaling products from drawings, experience required Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Calling and emailing customers, answering phone queries, filing Assist with contract negotiations and liaise with clients, suppliers Maintain organised records of all estimates, contracts, and correspondence. Provide administrative support, including data entry, managing emails, and handling correspondence. Requirements: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with JIWA system ideal, AUTOCAD or similar Recent experience as an Estimator Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
