What You’ll Do Analyse and improve recruitment processes, using dashboards and data to drive decisions. Develop and manage talent pools to ensure we hire the best—fast! Identify creative solutions for hard-to-fill roles. Keep recruitment documentation up to date and ensure compliance with approvals. Present insights and recommendations to leadership. Champion safety and wellbeing in all you do. What You Bring Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
