The Organisation JK is partnering with a local manufacturing site of a global industrial company based in Berrinba, QLD. The team is known for reliable delivery and quality fabrication within a safety‑first environment. The Role We’re seeking skilled Welders to join a growing, high‑performing team. You’ll be responsible for MIG welding (primarily mild steel), cutting, grinding and general fabrication, and reading/interpreting drawings to produce parts to spec. You’ll work efficiently, uphold safety standards and contribute to a clean, organised workshop. Key Duties MIG weld mild steel to job specification Read & interpret drawings ; complete accurate fit‑ups Cut, grind and fabricate components as required Follow work instructions and complete basic QA checks Maintain housekeeping and work safely with PPE The ideal candidate will have: Competence in MIG welding (mild steel) Ability to read and interpret drawings Confidence to work independently when required Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (beneficial) Strong commitment to health and safety Please Note: All applicants will be required to participate in a drug and alcohol test to be successful in this role.
