The role Reporting directly to the Managing Director , you’ll have full ownership of national HR strategy, supported by dotted-line partnerships across Manufacturing, Aftermarket, Engineering and Sales leadership teams. Your focus will be to: Strengthen performance, safety, and engagement across all levels Build and embed scalable people systems that support real-world operations Coach and mentor leaders through day-to-day and strategic workforce challenges Shape a proactive HR function that’s seen as a genuine enabler of growth Tackle industrial workforce dynamics with confidence, clarity and commercial nous This is not a policy-writing role. About you You’ve operated at a senior level, but you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
