About the Role As Team Leader, you’ll balance clinical work with team supervision and service development. You’ll provide guidance, mentorship, and professional support to a group of dedicated OTs, ensuring quality outcomes for clients and a culture of growth and wellbeing for staff. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and day-to-day support to Occupational Therapists Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on reflection, learning, and best practice Deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT services where needed within your area of expertise Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and review progress using person-centred frameworks Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and organisational initiatives Support achievement of service goals and ensure alignment with the organisation’s values and mission What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking an experienced and proactive OT who enjoys coaching others and leading by example. You’ll have strong clinical knowledge, great communication skills, and a genuine commitment to empowering both clients and clinicians.
