About the role We are looking for dedicated, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our Operational Services Team at West Moreton Health. In this role, you'll be more than just 'behind the scenes', you'll be at the heart of patient care. Our team is responsible for:  Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across wards, clinics, and public areas to support infection control and patient safety.  Providing essential porterage services, including the safe and timely movement of patients, equipment, and supplies that keep the hospital running smoothly.  Creating a safe and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring every interaction reflects care and respect. By joining us, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering quality healthcare, supporting clinical teams, and making a real difference in the comfort, wellbeing, and recovery of our patients.  Flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster is essential:  Week days, afternoons and night shifts, weekend shifts days, afternoons and night shifts.
