I am working with a market leading Aged Care provider seeking an experience Aged Care Manager to run a 100 bed Residential Aged Care facility in Regional QLD. Position : Residence Manager Location : Maryborugh, QLD Employment Type : Full-time, with relocation support Remuneration : $140,000- 150,000 Super & Salary Packaging The Residence Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility. Key Responsibilities Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to aged care excellence. They will possess: Qualifications : AHPRA registration, Clinical Background Essential for this role Experience : Prior experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles Skills : Strong leadership, financial management, and communication abilities Why Join?
