The Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Surfers Pavilion. Key Responsibilities: Support senior chefs with daily operations, stock control, and menu development using seasonal, local produce Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard across all sections Maintain a clean, organized kitchen while upholding food safety and hygiene standards Lead by example and support junior kitchen staff Ensure kitchen equipment and safety protocols are maintained to the highest standards About You: Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar high-volume, high-quality kitchen Demonstrated passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail Strong communication skills and a positive, growth-focused mindset High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
