As a Customer Engagement Representative at CSC, you'll be part of a team that truly values people—our customers and each other. You’ll be the first point of contact for CSC’s members, helping them make sense of their super and providing clear, caring guidance. Whether it’s a question about their balance, a benefit, or insurance, you’ll be there to support them with empathy, confidence and clarity. What you'll do Respond to inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and care Break down complex information in ways that are easy to understand Use our knowledge library and website to help guide members Balance phone and written communications as scheduled by our workforce team Remain open to feedback and growth—coaching is part of the culture here What we're looking for Experience in a customer-facing role (call centre or financial services ideal) Empathetic, calm and confident communicator—even during tough conversations Quick thinker who’s comfortable learning new systems and processes Understanding of privacy, compliance and professional standards Why join CSC?
