We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled turf management professional to join our team at the renowned Sandhurst Club—a 36-hole facility designed by Peter Thomson, located just 35 minutes southeast of Melbourne’s CBD. As we enter a new chapter at Sandhurst, we are looking for someone with a strong drive to succeed and a proactive mindset. While a love for golf is a bonus, it’s not essential. Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining the golf course and its surrounds to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, reliable, a team player, and capable of working in all weather conditions. Independent travel to and from the site is required.
