About the role: Work closely with Partner and Senior Lawyers who are experts in the field. Manage varied caseload of personal injury matters , including workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability claims. Liaise with clients, medical experts, insurers, and counsel. Provide exceptional legal advice and representation to clients. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and submissions. The ideal candidate: 2–3 years post admission experience in statutory workers compensation. Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skill. Proven ability to manage files efficiently and independently. A compassionate and client-centred approach.
