About the Role The COO will lead and support all operational functions including: End-to-end project delivery across civil, marine, and industrial infrastructure Safety and compliance leadership aligned with our Zero Harm goal Procurement and supply chain strategy Plant and equipment management Stakeholder engagement and client satisfaction This role is part of the Executive Committee and will report directly to the CEO.
