Your role at St John of God Health Care St John of God Health Care (SJGHC) is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Events and Sponsorship Coordinator to manage and grow our sponsorships and events portfolio. This role is instrumental in supporting SJGHC’s market positioning and strategic growth through meaningful engagement and brand visibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing plans and processes that ensure the effective management of key sponsorship initiatives. They will also nurture relationships with sponsored organisations and act as the primary point of contact for all sponsorship-related enquiries. The Position Develop and execute plans and processes for management of all SJGHC’s key sponsorship initiatives. Manage relationships with sponsored organisations; grow and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. Act as point of contact and respond to all incoming requests relating to sponsorship initiatives. Manage all day-to-day tactical activities relating to sponsorships. Develop marketing and communications activities to promote sponsorships, maximise positive media coverage and leverage sponsorships fully. Report on effectiveness and benefits of sponsorships and events using agreed measures and analytics. Conduct assessment of ad hoc sponsorship and event opportunities. Coordinate events and functions (including expos, trade shows, and other public events). Coordinate corporate merchandise. Supporting other key marketing activities including content marketing. You will have demonstrated event coordination skills and experience along with marketing skills including knowledge and ability to develop and implement innovative and creative promotional strategies. To succeed you must possess project management skills and the capability to work independently along with the be ability to attend events and work outside regular office hours when required. It is highly regarded if you have Content Marketing experience or experience working in the health care industry.
